When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timing can vary by destination and circumstances outside our control.
Can I return an item?
Unused items in their original packaging may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and next steps.
How should I care for jewellery?
Keep pieces dry, store them separately and avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and household chemicals. Gently wipe them after use with a soft, dry cloth.
How can I track my order?
